E-Week Showcase & Kids Day

  • Lots of little kiddies

Student Group Fair

  • part of the HSSEAS Freshmen Open House
  • seems to be open to all engineering freshmen
  • table and 2 chairs will be provided

  • When: 2014-04-13 (Sun) 14:00-16:00 (with set up by 13:00 as some "Department Sessions" end earlier)

Enormous Activities Fair

  • open to all incoming freshman, so the audience may include non-engineers.

  • a small event for engineering majors

schedule:

  • 9:00-10:00 Clubs start to set up tables
  • 10:00-12:00 Doors open, club showcasing begins. Time for clubs to showcase what they do and attract student to their first social/general body meeting. Food is served.
  • 12:00-13:15 Speeches (club showcasing continues between speeches)
