i actually tried sawmill and E. E ( even on pII 350 with 192MB RAM) seemed
like
windows 98 on a 486... well, ok not that bad, but i did not like it since it
was a bit on a slower side.

sawmill was ok, but the reason i am trying to run fvwm2 is because it
'seems' to
me as if it is the best combination of configurability / speed... i thought
it was
faster then sawmill. I also like configuring fvwm2 much more then i do
sawmill
