[UCLA-LUG] cylinder limit

In fact, it is set to 1467. I set lilo to use the linear mode, as Todd suggested but I got that "LI " sign. What does this mean? Does this mean that
my linux partition has to start before 1024? Right now, my swap goes from 1085 to 1101 and main one goes from 1102 to 1465.

I am willing to delete all the linux partition (I do not want to delete windows partition though) and start all over. I have partition magic 4.0 in my
hand and will it be easier to use that instead of lilo? If so, how would I go about doing it?

I have more questions but that's it for now! Thanks.
