--------Mandyam Systems, Inc.--------------
I have a number of components which I need written for a large project. These
are fairly simple components. Since these components are completely
independent of each other, they can be developed by themselves without the
coordination of a development environment.
These are my needs:
1. Programmers who are eligible to work in the US.
2. Programmers who have access to their own computer and their own copy of
Visual Studio.
3. Programmers who are familiar with developing software for Win32 platforms.
4. Programmers who are familiar with either ATL, MFC, and preferably COM.
All programmers would be paid as independent contractors (1099). They will be
paid a flat fee for developing a particular component according to its project
specifications. The fee will be based upon the difficulty of the particular
component, and I would negotiate with the programmer to make sure that we have
a payment that is acceptable to both parties. Since the programmers will be
using their own computer to develop, they can set their own hours and schedule,
although there are deadlines for software delivery.
