[UCLA-LUG] tcsh

hey,

i use tcsh, ( on my seas acct ) and every time i want to repeat commands,
i have to use the vi commands, meaning that my backspace does not work,
and its not in insert mode by default, but i have to do 'i' or 'r' or
something like that.

does anyone know what setting controlls that?
