I think he wants to be able to remove and insert floppy disks at will
and not be forced to remount it everytime, similar to the way that
Windows detects when a new floppy disk is inserted and simply reads in
the new directory/file information. I don't think there is a method to
do this at the command line. Maybe in a GUI environment though.
