I dunno man... U5's have a crappy CMD PCI0646U EIDE controller in
them... AXi's have a dual UW-SCSI controller...

Both have an UltraSPARC-IIi CPU... I would have to say I'm ahead
of you on this one... at least in my personal opinion... sorry to
say...
