Hrm.  That's one Java API I have yet to program to, so I wouldn't know
what might or might not be going on.  The only problems I have heard of
concerning Java on Linux were with window placement using older versions of
some window managers (which was resolved).  What window managers/desktop
environments are you dragging/dropping from?  btw: you're not developing
from Microsofts 'Java' implementation right?
