Unless she has the resourcefulness to borrow a copy and use that cd-burner
attached to her computer....(I myself would never dream of anything like
that, but who was it that had a burned copy of NT??)

Create the partition as /dev/hda1 which grabs cylinders after /dev/hda2
(/boot)...then make sure you create a boot disk or have a rescue disk
available for after the Win install....then reload lilo
It can be done, and vmware may run a little slower than she'd
like....however, I believe Drew mentioned using StarOffice last year on
his labs. I was able to use SOffice for most of the lab requirements, the
only thing I didn't find was "Regression Statistics"....another example of
how M$ owns *.edu (okay maybe not everyone but...)

P.S. nothing here was meant to offend anyone....but I think we may want to
be careful about offering Win installs for copyright reasons...they
install, we can offer pointers (like making a "windows swap partition")
